As part of "Back to School" campaign, the Syrian Society for Social Development team - Beit Al Yasmin Center "Child Protection and the Educational Process Support Sections", with the support of UNHCR, conducted an awareness-raising activity for children who had dropped out of school at Al-Hamiyah and Harisoun areas, Banias countryside.

The activity includes a practical explanation for children about health care and how to protect themselves from Coronavirus (sterilizing and washing hands - wearing masks- not shaking hands - spatial distancing) and the importance of preparing to return to school as it's a path to a better future.

The team also conducted a conversation with parents about the cooperation mechanism to facilitate the return of children to school and contribute to overcoming the difficulties they face.
