Many children suffer from poor understanding in some educational subjects and academic attainment, therefore, and based on this need, the Syrian Society for Social Development, in cooperation with UNHCR, carried out strengthening courses for students of both middle and high school certificates in Hama governorate to strengthen and increase their educational attainment and help them pass the exams successfully.
These courses have positive turnout on children and their families, as one of the children said, " this course, did not only help me pass, but also let me know and make sure that I'm a good student, but I was not studying well and no one followed-up on me while studying"
The pass rate for ninth grade students was 65%, and for third high school students 61%.
