Hear My Heart

This specifically designed SSSD program aims at identifying the most common psychological pressures and social problems experienced by mothers in CSs and CCs, through which referrals to PSS programs (individual, group and family counselling) can be proposed.

HMH group sessions are a sort of women FGDs within which women can share problems and experiences. This would help them reach an appropriate level of awareness that can help them contribute to problem solving through self-care and peer support and provide preventive measures using active listening.
