In order to support and empower NGOs, SSSD, in cooperation with UNHCR, supported the Bena'a Society for Social Services in Qamishli, to be able to implement the Balsam health education project. The project aims to raise the level of health awareness, and provide psychosocial support to residents in remote and impoverished rural areas.
