The sun of Eid will shine and herald a new day, bringing to and end our journey with Dunyana channel, which accompanied you during the holy month of Ramadan while on curfew.
In the end, where new beginnings always rise, SSSD’s team and friends presented this song, which was filmed in all Syrian governorates, and had over 100 participants who were all initiators and had a sense of social responsibility.
They thought, planned, and implemented together in these difficult circumstances, in order to bring us hope that grows stronger with you all…

The storyteller is part of our heritage, awaited by the young and old ones, especially during the month of Ramadan.
“Dunyana” channel presents the traditional storyteller in a modern way, whereby awareness issues are raised in a comic and simple way, thus reaching the hearts of youngsters, adolescents and children without preaching them.

This programme presents volunteers and some adolescents, with the aim of teaching children some simple dishes that adolescents and children can prepare instead of their mothers. Furthermore, many messages are raised during the video, as this programme emphasizes the importance of following the rules of hygiene before, during and after preparing food to avoid the transmission of COVID-19. Also, it counters the custom "the kitchen is only for women and girls", as many male adolescents participate in this programme as well.
In addition, the specialties of some regions are introduced, emphasizing the great cultural diversity in Syria.

This programme was prepared by adolescents whom had previously participated in our activities. They volunteered in preparing and presenting episodes, out of their belief in their social responsibility towards their peers and all children.
In each episode, these reporters offer information about their region_ their culture, heritage, monuments, customs ..._ and narrate how COVID-19 affected these customs and culture, especially the gatherings in Ramadan.

This programme is presented by volunteers and adolescents, and displays episodes of handicrafts, aimed at encouraging children and adolescents to stay at home during the COVID-19 period. Furthermore, it teaches them how to make some necessary tools, without the need to go outside to get them.
